Refund and Cancellation Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

We care about your satisfaction and experience with our products. Once your order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations and returns. If you receive a visibly damaged or tampered courier from outside, please do not accept the shipment at your door.

In case the product is damaged once outer packaging is removed, please write to us or call us immediately within 3 days. Please add photos of the damaged product. Our inspection team will look into this and replace your product.

Cancellation & Refund

We dispatch products by 5pm every day.  You can cancel for a 100% refund till the product has not been dispatched. Incase the product is dispatched, we do not accept cancellation.

Replacement

Incase the product you received is damaged, please send a photo and video of the product within 72 hours of receiving the product to lodge a complaint. We will send a replacement product free of cost.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your issue has been resolved by our customer service team, a refund is issued within 7 working days. Refunds may take a maximum of 24 hours to reach your bank account.

Depending on your location in India, your shipment will take 3-7 working days to reach your destination.

Do you ship to my country?


We do ship outside India. However international shipping charges will apply and will not be calculated at the time of placing order. We will contact you and inform you of the shipping charges applicable. In case at this point you decide to cancel the order due to high shipping charges, we will be able to help you with that.


Will my items come in one package?


Your items may reach you in a single package or multiple packages depending on order size.
